The Old Vermont Cocktail
If fall were a state, it would be Vermont. Floral notes from the barrel-aged gin along with the maple and orange make this perfect for the cool nights ahead.
2 ounces Barr Hill Tom Cat bourbon barrel-aged gin
1 oz of London Dry Gin
1/2 oz of Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon of Orange Juice
1 teaspoon of Lemon Juice
4 dashes of orange bitters
2 dashes of angostura bitters
Orange zest
Store in the freezer and pour directly in a coupe glass. Typically enjoyed “up”.
